General conditions of sale for pitch rentals at Camping Domaine Le Vernis
Article 1 - Scope of the general conditions of sale These general conditions automatically govern all sales of stays made on the site www.campingdomainelevernis.fr. They are an integral part of any contract concluded between the campsite and its customers. Each customer acknowledges having read these general conditions prior to any reservation of a stay, for himself and any person participating in the stay. In accordance with the law in force, these general conditions are made available to all customers for information purposes prior to the conclusion of any contract for the sale of stays. They can also be obtained on simple written request addressed to the head office of the establishment.
Article 2 - Rental period : The nights are counted from noon to noon. When the desired date and number do not correspond to our schedule, you will be offered a choice of solutions that best meet your request.
Article 3 - Reservation : The rental only becomes effective after our agreement and after receipt of the deposit of € 90.00 to be used on the amount of the stay. Any payment not accompanied by the rental agreement can in no way ensure this rental in return ; any incomplete, canceled or not returned contract can in no way guarantee this rental. The contract cannot be transferred to another person. Confirmation of your reservation will be sent to you by email or by post. Payment can be made by bank transfer, credit card, cash, holiday voucher or bank check (Bank checks should be made out to the Domaine Le Vernis campsite).
Article 4 - Cancellation : For any cancellation received more than 30 days before the start date of the stay, 100% of the deposit will be refunded. For any cancellation received 15 days before the start date of the stay, 50% of the deposit will be refunded. For any cancellation received less than 15 days before the date of the stay, the deposit will not be refunded.
Article 5 - Withdrawal : The legal provisions relating to the right of withdrawal in the event of distance selling provided for by the Consumer Code are not applicable to tourist services (Article L.121-20-4 of the Consumer Code). Thus, for any order for a stay with the campsite, the customer does not benefit from any right of withdrawal.
Article 6 - Course of the stay Arrivals and departures : Arrivals are from 1 p.m., departures are before 12 noon, any day of the week. In the event of a postponed arrival, either you have warned us and we have reached an agreement, or you have not scheduled us and the site will become available to other customers the next day at 12 noon. In the event of early departure, invoicing will be made as a consequence of the nights spent on the campsite less the deposit paid. During your stay on our campsite, you are likely to be photographed or filmed for the design and production of our Advertising brochures or on the internet (campsite website, social links), unless you indicate your opposition in writing to reception upon arrival. Only one vehicle is authorized per site, so any additional vehicle must be parked in the visitor car parks. Charcoal or wood barbecues are prohibited on the pitches. The safety of the children is the responsibility of the parents on the campsite, at the swimming pool and in particular on the play areas and you agree to monitor and enforce the rules as well as those of the swimming pool and the games for your children. Visitors must report to reception on arrival, if they wish to use the services of the campsite a fee must be paid per visitor. Selective sorting is compulsory in the campsite, composting is strongly recommended. To respect everyone’s “silence”, no vehicle will be allowed to circulate in the campsite after 12:30 am. Late diapers and early risers should respect their neighbors.
Article 7 - Payment : The price of the stays is indicated in euros, including VAT. The amount of the stay is payable in full on arrival at the campsite.
Article 8 - Non-occupancy : In the absence of a written message from the tenant stating that he had to postpone the date of his arrival, the location becomes available 24 hours after the planned date of his arrival mentioned on the rental contract and the sums paid remain vested in management.
Article 9 - Occupation : Any rented space must be occupied before 9 p.m. All campers are required to comply with the provisions of the internal regulations, as required by law, you must adhere to our internal regulations and special conditions deposited at the prefecture displayed at our reception and a copy of which will be given to you on request. Only the people mentioned on the contract will be admitted to the rental. In the event of a breach, the contract will be terminated without reimbursement of the sums paid.
Article 10 - Pets : Dogs of the 1st and 2nd category are subject to French regulations (wearing a muzzle). They must always be on a leash. Animals must do what they need outside the campsite, in the event of an incident the owner must collect the droppings, a penalty may be taken for each breach of this rule (fine of € 10). All animals returning to the campsite must be up to date with their vaccinations, you must be able to present their health record. Under no circumstances should you leave your animal alone in the accommodation.
Article 11 - Applicable law These general conditions are subject to French law and any dispute relating to their application falls under the jurisdiction of the Tribunal de Grande Instance or the Commercial Court of Béziers. Article 12 -The campsite declines all responsibility in the event of theft, fire, accident due to bad weather and damage to the equipment of the camper-caravaneer which is of its own making. Insurance for your material in terms of civil liability is compulsory.
